Happy 2nd Birthday!

Happy 2nd Birthday Madelyn! 

Can you believe it??  She is already two years old, how fast the time has gone!  She is definitely a toddler now in every way! She is very "busy" and quite the chatterbox!

We celebrated her birthday on Saturday with a Dora theme birthday party!  Lots of family traveled several hours from all over to help celebrate with us! Madelyn had lots of fun opening all her presents!  She did exceptionally well all day especially since she skipped out on her nap! 

Before the party, Madelyn found the Dora party hats....  She found the hat to be "tight" and said "Mad hold."  So she preferred to just hold the hat on her head.

Always need a picture with the cake. Once Madelyn saw the cake, she wanted to sing "Happy Birthday!" We could not get her away from the cake!

And the guests arrived...  Madelyn got some wonderful new toys, clothes, and a very cute pair of shoes! 

The much highly anticipated "Happy Birthday" song!  Madelyn has been practicing singing the song for weeks!  It is a household favorite!  She

always makes sure to tell me who we are going to sing to... Elmo, Kermie, her grandparents!
