3 Molars already!
Ten months old already! Madelyn is quite the busy little girl. At school yesterday, the local firemen visited and taught the kids about fire safety.... (everyone reading this is probably thinking that she may be a little young considering she can not even walk). However, at least she will be prepared for a fire!
Today we had a well check-up appointment. She now weighs 18 lbs 7 oz (25th -50th percentile) and measures at 27 1/2 inches (25th-50th percentile) and is right on track developmentally. One surprise to Adam, the doctor, and myself was that she has 3 (maybe even four) molars coming through! I think Dr. Houts was quite amazed considering she is 4 to 5 months early for them! She hasn't even been fussy which I heard usually accompanies the breaking through of those teeth! Madelyn did get three shots...she did great, nothing a couple "puffs" couldn't cure! The good news is that she can try the regular Similac formula soon (and save us a LOT of money). All in all a good, healthy appointment...which is always good news!
I was playing around on the blog...hope you like the new template!
Love, Allie
